Nancy has been my personal trainer since 2011. She has been instrumental in preparing me for my very first Ironman in 2012. I cannot say enough about her personal attention to my needs in such an intimidating goal in my life. She not only made it possible for me to finish my First Ironman with a very respectable time, but I did it injury free! I have gone in to qualify for Ironman worlds, came in second in my AG for Ironman Switzerland and 2 years in a row came in first in my AG for the Honolulu marathon.
